Wallpaper and Paint Choices

We are getting to the interesting part!!

It has not been easy finding wallpapers that we like. A lot of them seem to have a lot of glitter on at the moment, which is frustrating.  We are looking for a navy/ grey and geometric pattern. I had thought about a leaf/ jungle pattern but Dave dismissed that idea pretty quickly!

Ideally I would love to find a navy/gold pattern with larger shapes. I don't want the wall to be over powering especially if it's the TV wall which will get stared at a lot! I have considered painting the geometric shapes but I feel that I would be looking at any imperfections every time I watch TV and I don't really fancy that! You would think with all the options on the internet that there must be one out there, but it is proving to be tricky!

The hunt continues!

 It was decided way before we even started ripping things apart that we are going to go with grey walls. I have picked out a few testers from B&Q. Just waiting to try them out to see how they dry.
